Fraudnet was set up in 2004 and aims to become the leading global legal network specialising in fraud, including asset tracing and recovery, money laundering and cybercrime.

With 23 specialist law firms in as many countries throughout the world, the network offers an unrivalled resource for companies and individuals engaged in the continuing battle against business crime.

Fraudnet is operated by ICC-Commercial Crime Services, the anti-crime arm of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris. Non-profit making and based in London it shields companies from a wide range of crimes affecting business, carries out investigations and assists victims to recover losses.

CCS comprises four divisions: ICC International Maritime Bureau (IMB), ICC Financial Investigation Bureau (FIB), ICC Counterfeiting Intelligence Bureau (CIB) and the Cybercrime Unit. They deal with commercial crime in banking, insurance, intellectual property, information technology, shipping, transport and trade.
