The decade long lawsuit brought by the Attorney General of Rhode Island against various former lead pigment manufacturers came to an abrupt and firm close yesterday with the ruling of the Rhode Island Supreme Court that the trial court had erred in failing to dismiss the lawsuit at the onset.
