Contact - Pietro Adonnino: He is responsible for the Tax Department of the Firm. His area of practice is mainly represented by domestic and international business taxation. He has a broad experience in tax litigation. Clients are foreign and domestic multinationals, including some of the major Italian corporations.

Contact - Paolo Scarduelli - he is focusing his practice mostly on M&A, Corporate Finance, Real Estate and Antitrust.
